Remembrance Day Parade
   
A good number of Widnes Mark Masons led by Frank Thomas PAGStdB and Widnes Masons, some with their wife’s and led by Widnes Group Chairman Derek Williams took part in the Remembrance Day parade at Victoria Park in Widnes to represent all Widnes Masons in paying tribute and showing a mark of respect to all the fallen heroes who have paid the ultimate price and lost their lives in many conflicts over the years. The civic procession and service was attended by the Queen’s representative the Deputy Lord Lieutenant of Cheshire.

Alan Lowe PrAGDC laid a wreath on behalf of the members of Wilbraham Mark Lodge No 523 and Clarence Mark Lodge No 447 and Mike Parker laid a wreath on behalf all Widnes Masons at the Cenotaph to commemorate Armistice Day. These were laid alongside many other wreaths laid by the Deputy Lord Lieutenant of Cheshire, dignitaries of the town, the Mayor and MP, war veterans, the three armed forces, police, fire and ambulance services, cadets, scouts and guides and many other organisations and private individuals throughout the town.
